We did both on Oasis and would choose Izumi hibachi without a doubt. Sabor on Oasis is a la carte and we were "underwhelmed". Overall, food was decent, service was just ok. For us, we'd go for lunch but it's in no way a "dining experience" and we wouldn't return for dinner.
