New Chef Table Menu

I was wondering if any one tried the new Chef table menu that's on the Vista.

has anyone heard when it might go fleet wide?

It's sound really good to me.

we just got off Breeze last week and attended the Chef's table on that cruise. It wasn't the menu you described from Vista, but it was truly an incredible evening! Well worth it!

trherald, would you tell me where the Chef's Table took place? We have it reserved for our Breeze cruise departing this Sunday and are so eager to try it the first time. Any other comments?

On the Breeze, the Chef's Table is held in the galley... They have a large seating area just for the CT...

Did anyone else notice in the links above, that the Chef's Table on the Vista was held in the "Galley"....umm.... see below:confused:

 

The Vista's Private Galley dining room, and separate chef's preparation kitchen!! There were glass walls between the actual galley, and the very well appointed dining room!:confused:

 

It seems that someone at the CCL beard level may have actually listened to the complaints about the galley dining experience.

 

IMHO, the noise level and traffic in the galley were not worthy of such an exquisite Chef's Table dining experience! Maybe the beards heard us!!:)

 

Hopefully, this change may filter to the rest of the fleet, along with the new menu....:)

We have done the Chef's Table 4 rime and each one was different. Each Chef does his own thing I was told. On the Vista there was a room specially build in the galley for the Chef's Table. Check it out on their web page. Look fantastic. We have it booked for the New Years" eve cruise and reservation for the Chef's Table.

We have done CCLs chef table twice. On 2 different ships. Same exact menu on both ships. Which is why I'm interested in the roll out of this new menu. I do have a CCL cruise booked in October.
