Not due to be finished until mid-February. Doubt very much that it will be finished sooner.

Where did you find this information? If this is accurate, why would they include it in our itinerary?

I just called NCL and asked them directly and they're still saying Nov 2016 for completion.

I thought that was February 2016 and then was moved back to November 2016. We're scheduled to stop there on our December cruise and they have a few excursions listed on their website for booking. :confused:

Still on schedule to be finished this fall according to all the news out of Belize. I have no idea where anyone got an idea that it will be next spring before it is ready.

Probably Belize City which has always been the option before Harvest Caye.
