CTRL + F5 on the keyboard?

 

(That's a hard refresh)

 

You could also bring up a command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns" and that will flush your DNS resolver cache. If you are on a company PC, it's more of a possibility.

i have been getting the same message for a week now. when i try to go into excursions, it brings me to the Australian page and oops looks like royal caribbean has gone on holiday. i rang them and they said they were having problems and they told me to book on board the ship
