My son and his cousin will be sharing a cabin on Freedom of the seas in December. They will each be paying their bill with their own credit card. They were given a $200.00 shipboard credit for the cabin. If they went to customer service once onboard would they be able to separate the $200 so that each person would have a $100 credit? Just have the two of them go to Guest Services. They will be given a form to fill out and sign. And then it is done. :)

Check your invoice first, every OBC I ever got has been split with whoever was in the cabin with me. I had to go GS to get it put on my acct since I paid for the room.

Not your invoice. Check your on board SeaPass accounts. If on Radiance, Voyager, Freedom, Oasis or Quantum class, you can check on your television in the cabin. If Empress, Majesty, or any Vision class ship, you go to Guest Services and ask.

 

OBC will show up (usually) on the second night. (it really varies)

 

If it's not where you want it, go to Guest Services, fill out the form, and it will be done.

I didn't mean invoice oops. I meant the booking confirmation you receive via email. Right now it shows my OBC split again between me & my boyfriend, but this time I'm letting him keep it...lol

Just note BOTH people have to go to guest services to get it changed. Found out the hard way last cruise. :(
