BOGO first two nights at Specialty resturants

If it is offered, where does it show up? I am looking at the Cruise Planner, under dining and don't see it.

 

Sailing in Dec. 2016.

 

Is there a chance it may become available closer to sailing if it is not available now?

Sorry, no it doesn't....it's an a la carte menu.

The Izumi hibachi option is a fixed cost, but I still don't know if it's included.
