Help Quick, Leaving in 3 hours re:planes&wine

We were suppose to be in FLL today for a precruise stay but it was cancelled b/c of Wilma. Now we are flying in tomorrow and going straight to ship. I wanna buy wine here before I leave (I had planned to buy it in FLL). Can I take it on the airplane in my carry on luggage??? Thanks so much!!! I was thinking 2 large bottles in my roll on carry on.

I've always carried wine onto the plane without problem as a carry on. They might only want you to keep it under the seat in front of you instead of in the overhead bins. Have a great flight and a wonderful cruise.

Yes, but ask the wine store for a special wine carrier--styrofoam holder with handle that fits the bottles. Don't just shove into your carry on, will bruise too easily.

As an avid watcher of Airline on A&E the only thing that I ever saw a problem with is when it is unmarked bottles. Like something homemade.
