I'll second Palancar, really really good.

 

But if you're docking at Puerta Maya Pancho's Back yard makes a "mean" one. You can get it slushy or on the rocks. The Vacation one is YUGE!:D

 

I believe they used the same mix at their downtown location. An easy walk from the Punta Langosta pier downtown. And if you dock at the International Pier. the PM Panchos is a 5 minute walk away.

 

Friends have been buzzed happy happy at Mr Sancho's AI. The one I had at Money Bar once wasn't too bad either.
