Bottomless Bubbles on Embarkation Day?

I've read that the CHEERS does not kick in until Day 2...What about Bottomless Bubbles? We cruised in July and it kicked in immediately, has that changed? (Cruising again in October)

Cheers kicks in on day two only in certain powers (port requirement, not Carnival). I doubt the same logic applies BB.

BB is effective immediately because it doesn't involve alcohol. That is the only reason there is a restriction in SOME ports for Cheers.

That is true just like Cheers. When you are in a US Port, you will be charged tax per drink, but you will not be charged on the whole package (like the old days) at time of purchase.
