I would start with some research on Bermuda board, here:

As to transport, taxi would be my first guess.

Looking here:

will help with the "best" question. Port Royal is ranked #1, and coincidentally, is the course closest to the dock.

were is the best place to gulf in bermuda and what time should i go and the best way to get there

The "season" is May to October. Get there by ship. Get to the course by taxi or public bus, although the clubs may be a bit difficult on the bus. Best course? There are several excellent ones and I would suggest googling golf courses in Bermuda to review them.

We played Port Royal just prior to the tournament and it was great. Wide open course with lovely views. Then we played Turtle Hill - excellent par 3 that made you use most of the clubs in your bag. No bags allowed on the bus so we used a taxi to each - easy to get right at the pier. Enjoy - can't wait to return and play again.
