How are Oceania shorex groups formed?

We are several couples traveling together and we have booked our 5 o life excursions. We want to make sure we are on the same bus or group?

 

Are groups pre/assigned or can you board any bus going on that tour?

 

Do we have to link our reservations to achieve this ? Two are linked with same ta but there are other ta's involved.

 

I called Oceania. I do not trust the answer. First thing the rep told me was that we meet in horizons. It was downhill from there

I would link your reservations just in case

 

then show up all together at the lounge for the bus tickets

& say you want to be together on the same bus ..

 

I have only done a ship's tour with 1 couple & it was easy to go together

Exactly how you do it. You need to meet in the lounge. If you ask they will give all of you tickets for the same bus. Did a whole bunch of ships tours this summer and it was very easy. :):):)

I would designate 1 person to take all the tour tickets up to the people at the check in desk then you can get all the tickets for the same bus

They are 5 free o life tours. For that cruise we could not get obc instead. We have about 20 great private tours booked as well and much better than what o is offering For two of the ports we really could not do private so we knew we had to go with o. Not certain we will even take the other three but booked because they are free
