Welcome to Cozumel,

It is Independence Day here in Cozumel. I have not decided to go ashore or not. If I do it will be after lunch at 1200.

Coming in Liberty was already docked. This first picture is a bit foggy due to my camera lens went from AC to Heat.

Well after I left you I went to get some pics of Liberty.

Here is a view looking into the port.

On Liberty they put the mini golf on Deck 13 forward.

Here is a view of how the scrubbers are going to look upon completion. It looks like they are on both sides of the funnel. Which means it looks like the Diamond Lounge lost their outside seating. Notice how both Logos are now angled toward the front.

Well now its time to wander around the port.

I am glad someone knows the menus old vs new because I have no clue

Well I am back from walking around the port. One thing for sure it was very hot out this afternoon.

Got off the ship and took this shot. Freedom is to the left and Liberty is to the right.

Well just got back from the free throw tournament, lost in the second round. Now I am cooling off before the Studio B back stage tour.

Here are some more pics from yesterday\

Last group of guests getting on board. After they all got on board a guest lost their towel which was wrapped around their belongings. Thankfully their stuff got returned by the Port Authorities

Good evening to all,

Well today was the last sea day. I ended up being very busy today.

I had the Studio B tour which was excellent. Followed by the Black Jack Tournament where I placed 2nd. This was the first time that I placed. After that then it was just enough time to eat lunch before it was time for the Bridge Tour.

After all of that I relaxed then went swimming before dinner.

Once dinner was done I went to the CL for the last time. Then it was off to the show with was always great then finally back to the room to pack for tomorrow

Sorry no pics on this post. I will post the remaining pics tomorrow when I get home.

Thanks Robert for your excellent pics and general information and answers you provided.....

When I get home tomorrow I will post on what I thought about the cruise, Dining staff, the Voom Internet, and how the activities were scheduled as I was unable to attend some of my favorite activites since they were scheduled what I would call odd times

There have been reports of hard/uncomfortable mattresses. Also, reports of requesting a foam topper from special needs with success and failure. I would say the mattress quality is somewhat subjective.
Did a B2B recently on Freedom and the mattresses were great, slept like a baby.....K.O.:)

Nice shot! I don't have my telephoto lens with me, but watched the Freedon sail from our room balcony at the Doubletree Cocoa Beach Oceanfront.

Hard to believe it has already been a week since I boarded. 😏

I live two buildings south of Doubletree. My son is a bartender there

Your son isn't Robert by chance, is it? If so, we became well acquainted last night! [emoji12]

Place has a neat bar area, the wood-fired pizza oven is unique, and the prices are fairly reasonable for hotel food/drinks.

Good Morning to all. What a great cruise this past week. Sorry for the late post but did not get to it till now. Yesterday when I got back I started laundry and ended up taking a nap on the couch before winding up at Hollywood Studios to meet up with my Sister and her boy friend.

Before I head into my final thoughts let me catch you up on the final day and half of the cruise. Let's go back and look at the evening of Day 6.

Day 6: Evening

After leaving Cozumel I decided that I wanted to head to Windjammer for Dinner. After dinner and the CL it was time to head to Studio B for the Ice show

Next 2 pics are off the Ice Show: Freedom Ice.com

Good afternoon all, We are still looking back 2 days ago as we are at Sea now heading back to Port Canaveral

This day ended up being very busy for me and it will take 2 posts to complete this day.

After breakfast I went to Studio B for the behind the scenes tour. It was a great tour, learned that the remake the ice every 6 months.

After that tour was over I headed up to the Casino for the Black Jack Tournament. I did very well on my final hand in round one as I bet 500 which was the max and ended up with a BJ. finished with 15050. That was good enough to get to the final table without having to do another buy-in. At the final table I did well again and placed 2nd in the Tournament. This was the first time that I placed in the Black Jack Tournament in all my cruises

I went from there to the Bridge tour with a very quick stop at Windjammer.

After getting cleared by security it was off to the Bridge

Here is the Captain of the Freedom as he greeted us as we entered
