The link gives a good overview. The reason we love NCL suites is that you basically don't have to stand in any lines. The concierge will take care of any reservations and can usually get you into any specialty restaurant even when they are "full". The butler will deliver food or run chores for you. You are the first on and off the ship. The dedicated restaurants for breakfast and lunch are great perks and in the Breakaway class ships they have a special restaurant and bar. It eliminates the frustrations that can come from sailing with 3,000 or more other people.
