Jgarriso Posted September 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Hey guys, going to Cozumel next week, and although we expect good weather and understand that even on an ugly day it can turn beautiful in an hour. Just wanted to get a few ideas of things we could walk off the boat and do for a few hours in case. Been here a few times and know there are guys standing around the taxi stand with offers. So what do you think would be a good rainy day activity in Cozumel as a backup plan? Any idea's Thanks in advance.

Maybe the chocolate factory, Kaokao although you may need to phone first I think you may need a reservation for the workshop. I think there is another chocolate place now, which we haven't been to, Mayan Cacao down near Playa Mia which would put you in the right area for the beAch clubs if that is what you are planning. One of many tequilla tasting venues, downtown museum or Discover Mexico. Island tour for 3-4 hours to the other side to see if the weather is better! ABQrobin Posted September 14, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 14, 2016 This time of year (June-Sept) it rains a little bit every day, just passing showers. It rarely rains all day.
Jgarriso Posted September 14, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Thx c-legs. Hopefully By canoe will still be the plan,. But good to have an idea as you get off the boat instead of standing around asking 'what you want to do'. Both the chocolate and island tour sounds good. I have heard the back side of island has some pretty beaches.
