Nursery on Liberty

Does any one know the hours of the baby nursery on Liberty? Does any one have info on how much it has filled up on a recent cruise?

 

We are taking our 7 month-old on the Oct 2nd cruise and just trying to get an idea for how much we can use the nursery. Mostly want to use it while we work out and possibly over dinner time if she isn't being happy one day.

 

Also can anyone confirm that they have high chairs in MDR and the Wind Jammer?

There are high chairs available in both the MDR and Windjammer.
