GUEST080219 Posted September 16, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2016 The last times I reached out to the pre concierge desk via email I always had a reply in hours or one business day due to the time difference. Now I sent my first email 10 days ago and a second one 4 days ago and no response whatsoever. Not even an automated response or a quick reply that the answer will take a bit longer. Nothing Any idea what else I could try, without having to go through a long distance call to their phone number? This the person I got my pre-Concierge suite email from and I sent my requests in and they responded in two days that things would be taken care of.
