Concierge Desk unresponsive

The last times I reached out to the pre concierge desk via email I always had a reply in hours or one business day due to the time difference.

Now I sent my first email 10 days ago and a second one 4 days ago and no response whatsoever. Not even an automated response or a quick reply that the answer will take a bit longer. Nothing

 

Any idea what else I could try, without having to go through a long distance call to their phone number?

 

I know I could get 99% of it done on board but what pi*** me off is when a service like that is offered and then not executed properly.
