Captain Club hostess on Equinox

We will be on the Equinox the end of November. Does anyone know who the Captain's Club hostess will be?

 

Lots of changes that time of year so it would be difficult to say. Even the Host might not know where they will be for certain. I know one Host who was told of a change once they arrived at the airport.

Maila Powell will be the Captains Club hostess this fall. We're sailing a B2B on the Equinox beginning October 15 for 23 nights, so I'll say HI to her for you.

Among the duties of the Captain's Club host/hostess are to explain the benefits of the program to newcomers and enroll any newcomers, or those who are crossovers from Azamara or Royal Caribbean. He/she can check your Captain's Club history and status and try to resolve any issue with missing points or cruises. You will see the host or hostess greet Elite members at the Elite coffee break (breakfast) and at the cocktail hour, if held. The host/hostess also will organize the special Elite events, such as the Elite tea, the wine tasting, the backstage tours, etc. Also he or she will organize the Captain's Club Celebration, including recognition of top cruisers. If for any reason you didn't get your coupons, or you got coupons for the wrong membership level, they can straighten it out for you.

 

The location of their desk varies by ship. Sometimes it's near the library on S class ships, sometimes it's near the Guest Relations area. Just ask at Guest Relations, or check your Daily.
