elruth Posted September 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2016 Several weeks ago I booked 2 cruises for June 2017 and Nov 2017. ( Divina) Decided to cancel them. They told me it would take 5 to 7 business days for the $ 800.00 deposit to be credited back to my credit card. So far I am past 7 days. Love2Cruz2015 Posted September 22, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 22, 2016 It's a minimum of 10 days...I cancelled 2 cruises with them this year (I can be indecisive) and I called them both time to ask for status on refund after 10 days...and they'll say "just posted today" and a few days later I see it back in my account.
