Did not see any comments about age though admittedly wasn't looking. It is a remix of both Broadway and the movie. Some of the lyrics are definitely not clean (will leave off any judgement about appropriateness though I have more issues about the lessons imparted than the lyrics).

I am very interested in the age recommendation too. I have a very innocent almost 10 year old ... I was planning on taking her to Grease as I think a lot of the inappropriate stuff will go over her head. However, I could be wrong. I should probably refresh myself by watching the movie again.

Really how old were you when you saw grease? It was rated pg 13 in 1978 how bad do you remember it??

There is no Dynamic dining on Harmony.

Silk and Grande are just the names of the other decks of the Harmony MDR. They have their own decor. MTD is in Silk on deck 5. All the MDR has the same menu.

 

The Solarium is popular so a reservation is recommended if you want to be sure to have a table. It is complimentary.

 

Johnny Rockets has a complimentary breakfast. It is one of 3 places to get made to order omelets. Mini Bites and the MDR are the others. The Windjammer does not have made to order omelets, but you can only get fresh plain omelet and fresh fried eggs there.

Thank you, yes, it definitely did answer my question. That's what I thought, but some of the posts about having to have reservations in some of the complimentary restaurants threw me off. Also thank you for the heads up on where to go for MTO omelets.

It has always been recommended that you make reservations for MTD. We always make them as a placeholder but go whenever it is convenient and have had no problems doing this on Harmony. Plus if you have reservations, you usually stand in a shorter line when you enter the dining room. [emoji3]

How is the ventilation system in the casino. When we were on Allure, the non smoking side of the casino was actually pretty smoke free.

Ventilation is very bad. Not just in the casino, but smoke odor extends out of the casino to the elevator lobby and even into the entry area of the dining room. Fortunately not as far as the dining room itself.

 

They need some of those smoke extractors for the casino and run them constantly.

I think it was a special dinner. I do not begrudge them an event.

 

However they already had Dazzles every evening. I feel the crew blocked off Dazzles too early. I went there before 3:45 one afternoon to have a drink and enjoy the views. But, the private party sign was already out.

We only had to wait for 10 min one night. The rest of the time there were no waits. This was our first MTD. I miss getting to know table mates. DH likes the faster paced meal.

Wonderful Beatles Tribute Band tonight! I was rocking and rolling on calm Seas!

We saw this band on the Anthem last January. They were fabulous. Can someone please check out if they will still be on board the Harmony for the 1/14/17 and/or 1/21/17 sailings?
