Jaylie Posted October 15, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 15, 2016 We will be on the 4-day Bahamas cruise beginning on Oct. 22. Does anyone know what movies will be shown onboard? Or where I can find this on the website? Thanks!
Rare hcat Posted October 15, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 15, 2016 (edited) Do you mean onboard inside, on stateroom tv or up at the new movie and food venue? At best someone on board may know the answer but doubtful about being on a the website.... We cruise just after the short itin....so we'd like to know too. Orator Posted October 16, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 16, 2016 Do you mean October 23rd? Celebrity doesn't normally show movies in the at heater. They used to have a movie theater, but that was lost in a remodel. They now have a version of a movies under the stars, but I don't know. What films they have been showing. ozark74 Posted October 16, 2016 #5 Share Posted October 16, 2016 Onboard in a theater, not on the stateroom TV. The only free movies are the new outdoor screen on deck 12. Got off last week and they had football on the screen. Also had Captain American and another day they had Whiskey Tango Foxtrot both during the day. They also had baseball playoffs. ozark74 Posted October 16, 2016 #7 Share Posted October 16, 2016 Did they offer the theme movie with paired food at night? Do not remember seeing the movie and food event in the daily. They did have a wine and cheese tasting one night.

ozark74 Posted October 16, 2016 #9 Share Posted October 16, 2016 (edited) Was that on the lawn or up top.? Appreciate the info..started packing today! That was on 12 behind the basketball court. No lawn. Enjoy, will board again on the 27th. Are you still going to Nassau because of Mathew? Edited October 16, 2016 by ozark74
Baron Barracuda Posted October 16, 2016 #10 Share Posted October 16, 2016 Was on Summit 14 night NE / Canada last month where several MUTS showings were cancelled because of weather. Was very unhappy that they didn't re-schedule or at least transfer them to an inside location or in-cabin tv.

Are you still going to Nassau because of Mathew? We're not doing the b2b..just the itin on the 27th...not big movie-goers but interested in finding out what entertainment they will offer...and i did forget that there's no lawn on M class...hoping to relax at the aft bar area and solarium

Also, would you care to share your different port experiences? There have been almost no reviews from anyone who traveled the Canada/New England itineraries this year. Also, this our first experience with a 2 week cruise. Are the daily menus all different? We are in Aqua and I am still trying to find the menus for the second week. There have been almost no reviews from anyone who traveled the Canada/New England itineraries this year. Also, this our first experience with a 2 week cruise. Are the daily menus all different? We are in Aqua and I am still trying to find the menus for the second week. Was on the 9/4 sailing which was impacted by Hermine. High winds for several days restricted outside deck access and caused movie cancellations. DW did watch one film outside and enjoyed the experience. Some loungers are covered so no sun issues. No food at that showing. In a few words so as not to hijack the thread: first few days weather aside the cruise was wonderful. Love M class. While a few items on mdr menu were repeated there was plenty of variety. Especially loved the fresh lobsters the captain purchased for us in Portland. Portland and Bar Harbor very relaxed and friendly. Halifax seaport much more developed than our last visit years ago. Charlottetown and Sydney small but nice. Quebec amazing. Weather was warm so lots of atmosphere from outdoor cafe's with music playing, art students drawing, church tours, and French being spoken throughout. Two days was not enough. Will do this itinerary again.
