Shareholder credit-how does it appear in OBC

I just spoke to a Princess rep this morning that told me they are running behind on processing the mailed shareholder credit requests and it's taking about two weeks.

Why is it not acceptable to use e-mail to submit the form? Nobody uses faxes anymore.

Actually it is not Princess at all. It is Carnival Corp. Carefully and specifically spelled out on the Shareholder Benefit page in the Annual Report.

 

OTOH, don't ask me to explain how our fellow passengers from the UK and Oz seem to be able to submit their info. via email. Threads to this effect are rather rampant here on CC.

I submitted the obc request by email 2 weeks ago and it has now been applied.
