Um??? There will be people on a boat, there will be shows and food. There will be people in the pool, people on the FlowRider, and people tanning. People eating too much and people drinking too much, but a lot of fun going on.

 

For Hell-O-Weenie? No clue.

We've done several cruises over Halloween. Quite a few people wore costumes and I was amazed at how elaborate some of them were.:D Liberty had a costume parade & contest, a haunted house, and decorations in public areas. It was fun!:D

 

I imagine festivities may vary from ship to ship.

They have contests, parades, some wear their costumes to dinner. We decorated our room. On the Serenade last Oct, we all went up around the pool and paraded for the judges. The pool area was all decorated and they had a buffet with pumpkins etc was really fun.
