Take ANY cup to the machine, but use the chip to activate the machine.

This way you can grab an empty water cup, fill it at the machine, drink your drink, and leave the cup.  

But still way more effort than I want to bother with....

Do the free style machines have Dasani water? Also can you choose flavors like cherry or vanilla to add to your coke?

Do they sell cans of soda and how much does 1 can cost? What does a bottle of water cost?

I think soda is around $4 and water is around $3.  

A glass of ice water is free at any venue.
