Constellation - cost of specialty dining / transferring courtesy hold to TA

We are going on the Constellation in February. Does anyone know the cost per person of the specialty dining options on the Connie? Think this would be the Ocean Liners Restaurant and Tuscan Grille. I'm sure the Tuscan Grille is a flat rate but not sure if the Ocean Liners Restaurant is a la carte.

 

Secondly, if I place a 24-hour courtesy hold of a cabin on CEL's website, can I "transfer" it to my TA to complete the booking?

Only if you have a reservation number can the cruise be transferred. ;)

Ocean Liners is listed at $50 pp, Tuscan $45 pp. if bookings are slow there can be discounts from 20-50%

Thanks for the responses! Managed to sort things out - I had to release the hold, TA grabbed it, and then called CEL to "upgrade" my current booking to the suite. Apparently CEL told her it is a convoluted process that would take at least a few hours to resolve but I have just received the confirmation that all is done. So happy!
