Complimentary Drinks Package & OBC

Celebrity staff in London have offered me a drinks package and OBC to compensate for some issues we have had while dealing with our original booking agent.

How will I see this credit before my cruise or do I just wait and see what is loaded on my sea pass. I really would like confirmation before we sail.

Ask them for a confirmation invoice. You can also look at the manage my booking page of the website. If you look under 'orders ' it may show there. I'm afraid the website isn't always accurate or even up to date so an invoice is best. Just wondering how you managed to get so much out of them ! We only got $200 when they chartered our cruise and we had to change our booking.

We have had the drink package, OBC and prepaid gratuities on our cruises, through a TA. I always ask for an e-mail with the perks listed. That way I have it on paper if there is a problem. But we have never had a problem collecting the free perks. :)

The beverage package should show up on your reservation on-line under Order History". It sometimes takes a week or two before it shows up. Any OBC has never showed up on-line but we have always recieved it without a problem.

The document you want from X to confirm exactly what their records show is the Booking Confirmtion -Guest Copy. OBC from a TA doesn't show either on-line or on the Booking Confirmation you should something in writing from the TA outlined what they are providing.

I will let you know what happened after I get my credit as I feeling a little skeptical but how they honour what has been promised.

Been given a couple of things like that. Last time one evening for two at a specialty restaurant. Never had anything written and I was skeptical but low and behold two days into the cruise it appeared as an OBC. As far as the drinks package that should appear on your invoice and your Sign and Sail Card with a small abbreviation when you board. If it doesn't go to guest relations. Have the name whoever offered the compensation.

Have the person send you an email indicating the added perks.
