Prinz Posted November 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2016 I see that unlike most other ships the Divina departs at 1900. At what time do they start the check-in, and when do they usually start the boarding process? We're in the YC.
marcoigna Posted November 25, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 25, 2016 good day - we were on the 5th of November sailing - and in the yacht Club as well - we were on the ship at 1230pm - cabin was ready - met the maitre'd of Le Muse as they wish to know what time of day you normally wish to dine, as it was a full sailing - weather was not the greatest, so we started our cruise with a great lunch in Le Muse - have a wonderful cruise

lovelights Posted November 25, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 25, 2016 We went on the Oct. 22nd sailing, and no one was allowed to board before 12:00 (noon). I believe they took Yacht Club guests first, and then the other passengers boarded by group number. (They gave us a card with a number on it). We were #23, and our group was called around 1:00pm. ssmea03 Posted November 28, 2016 #8 Share Posted November 28, 2016 You need to have boarded by 5, we stowed our bags at the hotel and hung around their pool until 1, so as to miss the rush. We got a Uber cab for $12, got to the port around 1-30 and we're aboard by 2. We weren't in YC so had to wait for our cabin.
RichNY Posted November 29, 2016 #9 Share Posted November 29, 2016 I see that unlike most other ships the Divina departs at 1900.At what time do they start the check-in, and when do they usually start the boarding process? We're in the YC. We too were in the YC..Arrived at 11:30 and were checked in curbside and immediately boarded the ship.. When you arrive at the pier make sure you are dropped off at the YC tent. YC luggage tags will be attached and special porters are there to take your luggage. Make sure your luggage is not taken by the regular porters. We're in the YC. Check in and boarding time depend on US customs and how fast they kick out previous cruisers :p Once we had it 10 am once 12 pm :o
