I am wanting to go to cagneys but it is not listed as a location I can select prior to the cruise. Does this mean it is already booked full or do they save some reservation times for people to book when on the cruise? Also, if I pre book a reservation can they be changed once on the boat if needed?

Pre-Bookings for suites opens 100 days prior to cruise. 90 days for the rest of the passengers. If you are beyond those dates, restaurants are not available yet.

If you are close to your cruise date, then all the reservations are sold out. You can change your reservations onboard. BUT,,,, you are still limited to available seats.
