Breakaway or gem?

Hi never sail with ncl I am loyal to royal but decided to try something different planning to book the gem or breakaway, I like Latin music do they play some Latin music or do they have like Latin trio or does the DJ plays some Latin music

There was a similar question floating around yesterday so that may be of some help. Personally we prefer Gem but lots of people like BA. We were on Gem a couple weeks back and don't recall Latin music per se. They did have a live band with 3 or 4 people play by the pool and other areas but it was basically a mix of music.

Please note that Brazilians are Latins, not Latinos

as "Latinos" is used when speaking English in the U.S. Brazilians are Latins because they speak Portuguese,

which is a "Latin" language.
