Murder Mystery Dinner on AOS

Recommended Posts

I booked it on our non-existence B2B in 2009. While it is a lot per person I would have liked to go. I have heard it is pretty cheesy but fun. I don't remember it costing that much. Must have rose in the last 7 years! Hopefully it is better than just a $30 upcharge of Giovannis!!

Has anyone done the murder mystery on the Adventure of the Seas Lately? I took the chance and booked it! I'm hoping it's fun and worth the $75 per person charge..

What is the menu?

Is it really $75 now? I had a hard time justifying it at $45!

This was the menu on Freedom:

We did it on Serenade and enjoyed the evening very much.

It started with champagne and canapes in the Safari Club where the 'mystery' began...then we moved to Giovanni's and were seated for Act II. Wine was poured for all who wanted it (unlimited, included in the cost of the dinner) and we enjoyed an appetizer, main course and dessert while we got to know our tablemates and worked on 'solving' the mystery. Everyone turned in their solution and then Act III which solved the mystery was presented. All the solutions that were correct were placed in a basket and a winner drawn, who received a nice gift basket that include champagne.

Cheesy? You betcha. But it was a fun way to spend the evening and since we'd planned to dine at one of the specialty venues anyway we figured why not try this to get wine and a show included.
