On Carnivals website under FAQ it states one of the required documents is a Sail and Sign application (see below), what is this?

Embarkation process for all guests

Guests must present their cruise boarding pass as they enter the terminal lobby.

Guests will proceed through the security screening checkpoint with their carry-on luggage; luggage larger than 16 inches high x 24 inches wide, laying flat (40.64cm x 60.96cm; the length of the bag is not a factor) will not be permitted through the security screening machines and must be checked with a porter outside the terminal.

Guests will continue to the check-in counter. The following must be presented:

It is your account set up for purchasing on the ship. If you have set it up during your online check in, with a credit card, then your OK. If not your check in agent will ask to set it up with them, either a cash deposit or a credit/debit card. This list of items if for a quicker check in while your with the agent at the counter. The more they have to ask you for the longer it takes!
