Anyone having trouble with calling Royal caribbean

I have been trying on and off all morning to get thru to Royal Caribbean on the phone. I wanted to talk to them about an existing reservation and i just keep getting a recording saying

all their agents are assisting other guests.

I have been on hold 4 different times ranging from 15 - 30 minutes.

 

Anyone else having trouble?

For some reason I tried to call them about a month ago and was put on eternal hold.

 

Hung up after about 15 min.....

Yes, try tomorrow, today is MLK day.

Last week I tried three different times in the middle of the week. Each time

I threw the phone on speaker and just listened to the extremely annoying hold

sales pitch. Never did get through and it went on for 1/2 hour at a time.

 

Unusual as I can get through pretty quick before them.

Still having issues this evening. On hold 30 minutes rep said hello then phone went dead. Trying again😰

Have called twice in the past week... over 30 minutes last Thursday, but this morning (MLK Day) I was on hold for less than 5 minutes... got the nicest lady that even spoke wonderful English! Amazing...
