do you do the reminder flyer online? I've got 37 signed up and it's in 123 days. We're the 2nd half of BA to LA and have a group tour the day b4 with 23 signed up so many of us will know the others

 

NEED: officer, photographer, microphone,  Monte Carlo wheel

 

I have a copy of my latest flyer that I made on my PC. I keep the template & just change the details. I also have letters to the officers. If you email me at trbarton743 at aol dot com I’ll provide you with what I have.

I mentioned the 4 pm meeting time since it’s close to the dinner time. 

 

For the photographer just just make a letter like to the officers & leave it with someone at the photo desk. The day of the meeting I go & confirm with the photo department/manger.
