Good evening all,

This will be our first cruise with NCL. 03/12 on the Jewel. I was wondering how long in Advance will we receive our luggage tags? Our sailing date is 50 days out.

Also, I've heard that NCL does or did at Suite Preference sheet? Pillow type.....Etc? Do they still do that?

Thank you all in advance and can't wait to sail!

You should get your per-concierge letter and pre-printed luggage tags 50 days before your cruise (right about now).

You can make pillow requests through the per-concierge if you want.

Our experience is that it is better to make requests for pillows once you are on board. We find NCL's per-cruise support pretty much of no value.

Thank you both! I haven't checked mail today.....So maybe they are in there.....

I booked through a TA, does that hinder getting my doc's on time.....Or does NCL send them straight to me?

If booked through a TA more than likely they will be mailed to your TA ans then your TA will mail to you, then could slow down the receiving of them but still plenty of time for your cruise.

We sail on the 19th so about a week behind you to get ours :D

Right, around 50 days out even if you use a TA.

I've always been critical of the pre-cruise concierge, well, because they have been pretty worthless and never had anything or much done that was requested from prior experience.

I must give credit where due though. Our last trip in December they had the 4 things we requested done perfectly (except no elusive reading wedge).
