Next few cruises we will have some excess onboard credit... Is there any way to order an Apple Watch onboard, even if the physical watch is not available onboard?

No. The iLounge onboard is a Celebrity operated authorized reseller. It is not an Apple store. The iLounge only sells onboard what they have in stock on the ship. You can't order items that are not available onboard or out of stock onboard.

Stay cool, they well may have what you are looking for. It will be at the same price as in the Apple Stores, but NO SALES TAX so there will be some savings.
