Reflection Sky Suite S1 2165, Need Advice

I would appreciate your input regarding the S1 Sky Suite 2165 on the Reflection. The S Class Sticky Spreadsheet only had one review. Main concern is noise from above around the pool area. Looking forward to hearing your responses regarding this cabin

We cruised in 2163 in 2015 in the Eastern Med and it was the quietest cabin we have ever cruised in. I do not ever recall noise from above as there are almost no deck chairs in that section of Deck 14. You are also shielded from noise from the Atrium by a full wall and hallway and the suite's bathroom. The only time we heard any noise was the afternoon that a pod of 50 dolphins decided to "escort" us out of Santorini and everyone was clamoring for pictures....

 

On top of all that, being on the "hump" gives you an wide angle of vision both fore and aft on the ship, and with the elevator and stairs nearby you can get around the ship quite quickly.

We stayed in 2165 in December and loved it. The room is very convenient to the elevators and you can get almost anywhere on the ship fairly quickly. The cabin was immaculate and everything is in absolutely beautiful condition.

 

I read a review that said “avoid at all cost” because of noise; well, we didn’t hear a single thing all week. It was very quiet and well worth the price. Enjoy your cruise on Reflection; it is a beautiful ship!

We were in Sky Suite 2165 in November 2015 on Reflection. It is a great cabin with a nice balcony and very convenient to everything. We did not notice noise from the pool deck at all. Also there is a wall between the suite and the bank of elevators and that helps a lot - no noise from the elevators either. The suite has a very good WiFi signal being on the core area mid-ship.

So happy to hear you all think it is a great cabin location with no noise problem, the one Sticky comment had me concerned.

We were in 2173 on the hump. It was the best cabin location I have had. One quick stairway up to bar, pool, and food. Large balcony no we never had an issue with noise. Enjoy your suite!
