Just follow everyone else to the taxi line as they are all going to the port - it worked for us going both ways

And the taxi rates are regulated, you know the price before you even get in the cab.

Sedan and van type vehicles are available and there is no need for a car service.

Exit baggage claim and there is a taxi dispatch office and staff to assign you to the first available vehicle.

On your return to the airport from the ship the same set up is available but it is not as well organized, unfortunately.

Taxis are metered and there is a small charge for each piece of luggage. It's been $1 per bag for years and don't know if it has gone up since December 2015.
