Pinnacle Grill cancellation policy?

Hello fellow HAL cruisers!

I'm sure I should be able to find this somewhere on the HAL website, but so far I cannot: What is the cancellation policy for the Pinnacle Grill?

Generally 24 hours. Possibly less at the manager's discretion.

If you have pre-booked the Pinnacle (thus already paid for), and you decide to cancel while on the ship, they will refund your money in the form of shipboard credit.

Agree with POA1 - generally 24 hours. It's never been an issue if we had to cancel ;)

We have cancelled on the same day when something came up -- and we were refunded our money. Never was a problem.

The only time we saw mention of having to cancel 24 hours in advance was when we booked the Le Cirque dinner.

This is somewhat related. We received 2 free Pinnacle grill dinners as part of a promotion. We were told the dates and times would be assigned when we board the ship. Will these dates be changeable if they are not to our liking? Thanks for any info.

As long as there is availability. Try to make the change right after you board.
