Back on ship for lunch or change of clothes between tours?

We are going to the ABCs in March and have excursions planned at each port for 1/2 of each day.

Is it allowed to return to the ship to eat or change clothes mid-day and then leave the ship again for shopping or walking around.

Of course ....when docked, the ship is just like your hotel. Come and go when you want!

Yes. There are no restrictions on how often you can come and go from the ship while in port. What you are describing is very typically done.

 

BTW, enjoy the ABC's - that is one of our favorite itineraries. In fact it was the itinerary on our most recent cruise this past December. :)

Just make sure you have adequate time to do so. ;)

You are allowed if it is more convenient for you.

Sometimes we return to the ship just to drop off packages.

We do like to eat lunch off the ship as much as possible.

You can come and go as many times as you wish.

Just be sure that you are back on the ship 1/2 hour before the ship is scheduled to sail. That time will be listed in your daily program and it will be posted at the gangway as you leave the ship.

Just to add a different view.

You can always go back and forth, which is great.

 

For the two of us with two young cruisers, I have always found that for us it is easier to eat wherever we are going than hike back with the kids. That being said, I am all for eating on board and saving some cash!
