How can I tell if the price I've paid for our 2018 cruise has gone down? Apparently there are no more rooms in our class available. I booked it myself they the RC website so I'm on my own, no TA to help me.

If there are no rooms left in your category then you cannot check prices and will no longer be able to get price drops. If you are before final payment you could either upgrade or downgrade to a different category.

While it may not show a price, we have had reports from cruisers in your situation being able to get/add a current promo to an existing booking.
