shrimp56 Posted February 28, 2017 #76 Share Posted February 28, 2017 This is interesting. Since we started cruising again in 2012 we have averaged 3-4 a year. Until my husband retired in June 2013 we were doing 7 day cruises, but since then we have preferred longer cruises 14-18 days. This year (if I get my way it will be 4 cruises and 50 days. Lastdance Posted February 28, 2017 #77 Share Posted February 28, 2017 Wow....so many of you are definitely cruising through life. My DH and I cruised some when we were younger, but also enjoyed hiking in NZ and other land trips. However, our favorite trips are doing both together. We thought that when we retired we could travel whenever we wanted, but family obligations limit this. We moved to the Tahoe area for skiing and kayaking, but we long for a TA to Europe, spending several months there and a TA back...hopefully we will be able to do that sometime in the future!
