OBC - Complimentary Gift

I was looking at my account this morning. At the end of the On board Reservations section I saw $100 OBC. Under Purchased by it said Princess Cruises and Complimentary Gift. At first I thought maybe it was my Mom's from her Princess Visa. But I have never seen that listed on the Personalizer before.

 

I am now wondering if it was a "goodwill" type gift because of the problem I had booking a BVE where the first rep told me it was not available. I called back and it was. If so that is a pretty nice gesture from Princess. It was a minor inconvenience and I only brought it up at the end of the call. I really didn't complain that much.

Yes Princess will extend complimentary gifts when they are made aware of a problem. We got that because we never received the "chocolates on a silver tray" turndown service for sailing in a suite.
