Favorite ship for sailing with young children, other than the Freedom?

We are looking at cruises in January or February 2018. We are looking at the Freedom, but it only has two itineraries in January and February. We have three children - at the time of sailing, they will be 5, 3, and 1. We've been on the Freedom once with our two oldest. We really liked it, but it was also a little crowded for us. What other ships do you recommend for families with young children?

I'm on the Anthem now. At the meet & mingle we were told there are 1,500 kids on board! So I think the anthem is probably a safe bet. Kung Fu Panda characters, Shrek, bumper cars, roller skating, climbing wall, arcade, etc... Enjoy!
