Hommas?

I have a quick and silly question. Is anyone noticed on the buffet if they offer any Hommas?

Frankly I've got sort of hooked on the stuff a few things but you can munch on this low in calories and fat.

Thanks so much, Lydia

Dawn had it in the buffet last week. No idea what it was like though...I'm very picky about flavour balance in my hummus and only eat homemade. Doubt it would be low fat though... looked to be half swimming in oil, not just the drizzle you'd normally see on top.

My wife loves it. I find it extremely "meh". Haven't looked for it. I asked my wife and she's never noticed it so either it wasn't available on our particular ships and cruises or we just never noticed. We don't eat dinner in the buffet most times so, if there was a middle eastern night there we likely missed it.

Hommas is an alternative name for it. In the UK we always call it hummus, but the OP isn't wrong using hommas.

Interesting bit of trivia! Thank you for that.

I had never seen the alternative spelling before.
