rose102798 Posted March 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 22, 2017 Hi, We're new to HAL and have been trying to check-in online, specifically adding flight info, and it is very slow and eventually throws me out and doesn't save information. Hence, I can't complete my online check-in and print doc's. Anyone else having this problem? Is this typical or a fluke? Thanks for any info. It's the only site I have trouble on. In this day and age it's unacceptable. I wonder how many frustrated would be customers give up on a daily basis when they're searching HAL's site. I've tried them all including my IPad....still slow, gets stuck etc. Tried to book dinner reservations at Pinnacle today...ended up having to call to do it. I was booking a cruise and it wouldn't allow me to save after entering my spouse's frequent traveler number. I had to resolve it over the telephone. Seems like perfect websites aren't a priority for any cruise line. This message may have been entered using voice recognition. Please excuse any typos. sexyaznboy Posted March 23, 2017 #10 Share Posted March 23, 2017 I find it strange when you look up your reservations, your reservation is listed but in order to get to the main reservation page, you have to re-enter your booking number and last name, it should be automatic I would think! It usually clears up in a few days when something else breaks. I was told by my CC that they are looking for a new webmaster. I hope they get one soon.
