Cruise tipping

Recommended Posts

For cruises booked prior to April 1, and sailing after April 1: If you are already booked, and you pay your gratuities up front, your rates won't go up. If you wait to board the ship, you will pay the higher rate.

Cruises booked after April 1 will have the higher rates.

Did tipping go up for all categories of cabins or just suites and haven cabins? Just a little confused if we owe more money for our gratuities now with April 1st around the corner. Thanks.

all categories went up. Believe regular cabins went from $13.50 to $13.95. Believe you can still prepaid grats if you want the old price.

Not to be picky, but to be accurate, it went up to $13.99. For those people for whom $0.04/pppd will make a difference.
