Hi ...is the MDR open for lunch on both sea & port days on the QV and also have they late snacks available and if so what time are they served?

I am not new to cruising but I am new to Cunard so apologies for all the questions.

Yes the MDR is open for lunch on sea and port days.

Late night snacks are served in the Lido buffet. There is a turnaround at 11pm when you will find one section closes and another one opens.

As far as I know, there is always something available to eat in the Lido 24/7.

Thank you for the reply. When we have cruised with P&O.. every evening in the MDR there was always a section that was cooked plain. soup/prawn cocktail then...steak/salmon/chicken....is it a the same on Cunard? I have a very "delicate" digestive system so I have to to be very careful as to what I eat and to when I can eat.

Cunard is very similar to P&O with the 'additional always available' items on the dinner menu.

They're not printed on the menu, you will need to ask.
