Indeed they are.  🙂  We got to fly out and meet the little angel a few weeks ago (hence my delays updating reviews again, sorry!)  It's fair to say I'm smitten.

Splendor, Cat H, Verandah, 651
Cramped suite with poor layout.  We could not get around the bed at the same time. 

Closet design is poor.  One has to sit on the bed to get into far side and we often had to get on the floor to get to our shoes.

Inadequate storage.

Small bathroom.

Quiet and convenient location.

Large verandah.

Would not recommend unlesss for a solo traveler.

As you might have seen, there are no reviews yet for that suite.  The three newer Regent ships all have a virtually identical layout and the closest review I can find is 708 on Explorer.  On the other side of the ship but the cabin should be pretty similar.

 

FWIW, the F2 cabins are our favorites on the newer ships from a bang-for-the-buck perspective.

We were on 708 on Explorer, and liked it enough to repeat 708 on Splendor. As Bill said the layouts were identical, and I assume that Grandeur will be too. We would have booked 708 once again, this time for Grandeur in March, but someone beat us to it. Great value.

Disembarked Monday, 9/09 from Grandeur #709! Our 3rd Grandeur cruise. Love F2 cabins.

Hi BIll! Attached is my review of Grandeur 728. Loved doing a transatlantic on her. Grandeur is very comfortable. Pampered the entire time. Hope you get on her soon. 

 

I forgot to add that this cabin has an extra deep Veranda due to ship's "bump out". Very nice feature. Please add if you get a chance. Thanks again for making this available for us all!
