UberPOOL to anywhere in Manhattan is a flat rate of $35 p/p including tolls.

 

Someone else can speak to their broad ride experience to/from JFK. My first time in an Uber was on a client's account, nice & new, clean Toyota Camry sedan ... driver was new and first day driving, his 3rd. pickup using the Nav App to avoid getting lost.

Of course UberPOOL is a shared ride service so not comparable to a taxi, car service, or even other common Uber options such as UberX. Uber estimates an UberX will cost from $54 to $71 from JFK to the Manhattan Cruise Terminal, which at the top end isn't any less, and is possibly more than a taxi or a car service after adding a tip to the taxi or car service fare.
