ScottIsMyName Posted April 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2017 First time cruising on NCL. On previous cruises from other lines, water and iced tea were pretty readily available on many parts of the ship. If we're not paying for any drink package (alcoholic or soda), what are our options? I've read that we can ask to have the mini bar in our room emptied to make room for other stuff, so I plan on doing that already.

You will find (especially in the Garden Cafe) filtered tap water, iced tea, basic coffee and tea bags (sometimes Hot Chocolate packets are available... Alaska trips). Additionally, at breakfast; milk and some juices are also available. Lunch and dinner offers teas, basic coffee, lemonade, and filtered water in all restaurants. We always get our steward to do it first day along with getting us pool towels and dressing gowns. If you don't find hot chocolate sachets ask someone for them, but they are usually there. I have been volunteering in English classes for non-English speaking adults which has made me a little more conscious of this sort of thing I guess! :) dressing gowns = robes sachets = packets
