In Haven and traveling with other who aren't

So, we did the upgrade to the Haven this coming up cruise (we're on the Jade and called the up-sell number to get it). We're traveling with several of our friends who are in steerage (I mean, not in the Haven). If we wanted to make reservations at a specialty restaurant or a show for us and our friends, would the concierge be willing to help us with this?

Ok cool - It was the first time for us when we were on the Escape needing reservations for most of the shows. Thought that might be something for all of NCL.

No, only on the new megaships (first was Epic, entered in service in 2010) that don't have traditional entertainment but several smaller venues. Most of NCL's fleet is older/smaller and have traditional entertainment with a different show in theatre every night.

honestly, on teh Gem, the Haven seating in the theater was balcony left. we prefer floor seats so we only sat in the haven seats once when we got there at 9:01p.m. it was nice to know, in that situation, that seats were guaranteed.
